\033 escape codes for ring items

Hi
I am using CVI 8 and I'm trying to arrange the labels of a ring control in columns, the \033 p(ixel) codes don't work though. Is there any other way to achieve that?
thanks tons in advance!

You cannot organize ring elements in columns: this option is intended for list boxes only. The only active escape code for ring controls is \033m- to insert a separator between two elements of the ring.

One possible alternative is to use a monospaced font and embed spaces inside the text to mimic column alignment.

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.
