AdsPortOpen() returns 0 instead of a valid port value

Hello, i am using CVI and the ADS DLL from Beckhoff to comunicate with a BK9000 via Ethernet.

I made a test application (basic functionality) which works fine. I added the functionality to a biggger project and it does not work anymore. The returnvalue of the function is zero instead of the port-value (32xxx).
Does anyone have an idea why it isn't able to open the port?

thanks in advance

This was because of a wrong TwinCAT Version.
