Application dosen't work on CVI 2017 in Windows 10

I have designed a simple application which only display "Hello World" on pressing Display button using Lab Windows CVI 2015 Evaluation version in Windows 7, and it works fine. Now i have Lab Windows CVI 2017 registered version and Windows 10, but my application is not working now. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong ?

Can you explain the "not working" situation a little?

Nothing happens or you get an error message or else?
