Control display missing

1.I use MessagePopup(" ",""); but when i debug my project, I found that where should be “cancel”  became “Discard” ？ 

Is my computer missing some files？

2.The interface structure(especially control position) I designed in .uir  have changes in the debug .exe.Is it because I use Chinese characters and have not set the relevant configuration？
