Custom header file name

Simple Q: Is there a way to use a custom name for the automatically-generated uir header file (by default named the same as the .uir file)? If I try manually changing the name and reloading into project, a new header file is generated when compiling.

As far as I know the association FileName.UIR <-> FileName.H is built into the UIR editor and cannot be changed.
