Decoration and Text moves on UI.

Hello all!

I have the problem, that some parts of my UI won't stay on there place. Look at the pictures.

This is how it should look. Works fine on my machine with two 22" Displays and also on my laptop with 1920x1200, even after maximize or resize the window.

Then I made a distribution and installed it on an other laptop.

And this is like it looks there. I'm a bit clueless...

Any ideas?

It appears as if the resolution adjustment has been set for the panel: see here for an explanation.
