I agree that nearly a thousand dollars is a bit much for a single book! As for getting the book back in print, we neither authored or published the book so the best resource for getting a copy back in print would be the publisher, Prentice Hall PTR.
One alternative is our Training & Certification Self-Paced Training kit. Each kit consists of the course manual and software exercises used in
our hands-on courses, so you can take the course at your own pace. This is a great way to get the exact same materials that we use in every training course that we teach.
