Error 1921 while Installing LabWindows 2015 Program

I just recently upgraded to LabWindows/CVI 2015.   I am trying to load a program from an installer created using LabWindows 2015.  I have previously loaded this same program on the same computer using a LabWindows/CVI 2014 installer.  I have complete admin rights on the computer.  The computer is a cRIO-9081

I am now getting an error: NI  MXS 15.0.0  ERROR 1921.  NI Configuration Manager MXSSVR could not be stop.

When I go to the Task Manager and look for MXSSVR it shows that it is "Stopping".

How do I fix this issue, since I have 8 other cRIO-9081 that have to be updated?

I have solved the issue.  Someone was logged on remotely and that would not like the service to be stopped.  Once I got them logged off the installer worked.
