High resolution screen issue

Hi,

I'm working with CVI 2013 and got a request from a customer about an issue on his new laptop with a high resolution screen.

Th panel which is causing the issue is set to "Scale contents on resize" and "Resolution adjustments" = 100%.

On my PC with a resolution of 1920x1080 I get what you can see on the attached picture 1.

What he gets on his screen of 3200 x 1800 is what you can see in picture 2.

How can I solve this issue?

Hi Bertrand ENAC,

Thank you for this detailed explanation.

Did you try to put the resolution adjustement to 100% ?

To do that, please follow these steps. To access to this property, you first have to double click on the UIR file and select "Edit >> Panel ..."

Best regards,

Edit :

Sorry for my mistake, I've forgotten to ask you to uncheck "Scale Contents on Resize".

Another test that you can do is to create your UIR on a low resolution before using it on a bigger.

I will also do tests on my side.

Best regards,

Samir
