How do I make a Scroll graph in Labwindows for CVI?

I want to know if it is possible to add a horizontal scroll bar to a LabWindows 5.5 graph

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but have you tried using zooming and panning function built-in the graph controls?

Scroll controls are available in the toolslib/custctrl folder.
These controls can generate a callback giving the slider position, after
that displaying the associated data is your problem.
