I am licensed for Developer Suite but cannot download a prior version.

I am licensed to use Developer Suite 8.5 and I am trying to download version 7.0.  However, I am getting a message stating it is not free and I can download the current version 9 release for eval.  I was told by our company NI rep that I can download and use a prior version of Developer Suite.  Why can I not download this prior version?  Regards
