I use NI Vision for labWindows/CVI function,

I need to use imaqRake2 function, and already get the RakeReport2 info,

But when the function finish once, about 500K of  memory can't free (just run imaqRake2, not RakeReport2 memory),  

My Image is 1294*964.

Is it Vision software bug??

Hi This is a known issue and some customers have already met that problem. The RD team is informed of this and there may be a fix in the future, but currently we don't know it. the workaround for this is, since rake is looking for an edge, using SimpleEdge() instead. Someone said it is time consuming, but you can refer the discussion below for explaination. Thank you very much.

Excuse me, I want to use imaqStraightEdge function instead of imaqrak2. I try to creat imaqStraightEdge of C cod from assisant, It also find the point array of StraightEdge. Dose imaqStraightEdge function have the bug as imaqrake2? Whether any customers have already respone that problem? Thanks for your relpy.

Hi, Unfortunately, I have searched database and found the same issue with the function you used. SO you may need to use the function i suggested above to see if this can be done without problem. sorry for the inconvinience and thank you. Best Regards

Now can you Ni-Man serious-minded to deal with this problem?

I used  Spoke and StraightEdge also FindEdge ,All of them have this disgusting BUG！
