If I have GPIB card and DMM, can I build the bed of nails Test Fixture in Labwindows/CVI? Please, any advises.

I have Labwindows 5.5 and my KEITHLEY 2700 Multimeter has two 7700 KEITHLEY 20 channel multiplexer which I can have at least 30 channel wires connect to the test points on circuit board. I just need turn on&off channels and get the outputs. What do you think? Any advise, please.

Sure can. You aren't going to get any blazing speeds but if you aren't in a hurry and would like to save a ton of money by avoiding special scanner cards then go for it. Are you looking for some clues on how to do that?

We use a Keithley 2700 with a 7700 card as well,
in a functional testsystem for power supplies and it
works fine. The only problem we had was the CVI driver for de Keithley 2700, that was not available. To solve that problem we changed a driver for the 2001 multimeter from Keithley

There is a 2700 IVI driver on the Keithley web site at www.keithley.com
