Is it possible to download/buy Labwindows for DOS user manual

Is it possible to download (or buy a paper copy) of the Labwindows for DOS user manual.
I want to check that UI error codes are the same as those for CVI (I think most are but with some exceptions) and also read about configuring the VMM, mentioned in the document memory.doc that is in the LW directory.

Also is it possible to get hold of AppNote 37, this is referenced in a knowledgebase article, but I can't find anywhere to download it from as it doesn't seem to be with the other appnotes.

Unfortunately, no the LabWindows for DOS manuals are no longer available. They were never available in "digital" form and they have been out of print for several years. I did track down application note 37 for you and attached it below.
