When using reference clock synchronization with PXIe_100 with SMA 10 Mz clock input , if the input is turned off aquisition stops and task done call back is recieved.But i wish the aquisition to continue with internal clock .How to achieve this ..

Yes.Ideally it will not.But if it fails ,i need the aquisition to continue with minimum disturbance.The present issue is the acquisition stops ,which is not desirable for my application.
