The CVI 2020 Help (F1) is not working properly anymore

Solved!
Go to solution

I installed CVI 2020 F3 and try to use the internal Help. I select a function and press F1 and the help window appear but only showing the help start page and not the function help page. But the function is selected in the left window menu list. For some functions (e.g. Ini_New()) I have to search the help completely myself.

Hello Macksel,
in most cases, it's easier and nicer to just Ctrl-P on the function name to open the associated function panel. You then you just right-click the background or the parameters to get the associated help which is the same than what you get with F1, but with additional quirks (Ctrl-D to auto-define variables, Enter to see related consts, etc...)
