Where to find example of Sample Clocked Buffered Frequency Measurement for CVI?

Does anyone know where I can find an example for setting up a counter to perform a sample clocked buffered frequency measurement? I have looked in the example finder in LabWindows CVI (v8.5.1) and LabView (8.6) without success.  I have also searched the NI website for the example (Meas Pulse-Buffered-SampleClocked-Cont.vi) that is mentioned in the NI-STC3 Timing and Synchronization Technology explaination http://www.ni.com/white-paper/9384/en/.

The application that I am writing is in LabWindows CVI 8.5.1.

I know its not CVI but the calls should be similar.  I would change pulse width to frequency for your purpose though.
