Win10 1607 (Update) SQL Toolkit: DBConnect fails

Since the 1607 update of windows the DBConnect function always to return an error (-100) when I attempt to read ms_access files.  Can anyone confirm simular behavior.  I have tried update to CVI2015_SP1.  No luck.

Hey Mark,

I don't have Windows 10, so it'd be hard for me to confirm this issue, but was this working prior to the update? Does it happen when you attempt to read any other files?

Reinstalling everything (toolkit, CVI, etc.) seemed to resolve my issue.  Don't really have any insight to the root cause.
