can I use NI Device Driver 2019 with LabWindows2010

I am working on legacy software using LabWindows2010. I was given NILWCVI2010.exe to install.  I am asking, can I use NI Device Driver 2019 with it

I tried to download NI Device Driver August 2011 and it took forever.

If I understand correctly, NI Device Driver 2019 doesn't support LabWindows2010.

NI System Driver Set April 2019

For example, it has DAQmx 18.6 but it also doesn't support LabWindows2010. Up to 2012.
