configuration missing error with Advantech DaqNavi

I have a CVI application that was working fine with older Advantech instrument drivers.  I now need to run LabVIEW as well on the system and was told by Advantech support that I needed their latest drivers and DaqNAVI installed which I did.  Now when I run the CVI application I get an error "Configuration Missing".

Any idea how to resolve this ?

I am using two of their PCI cards - 1730 and 1762.

Hi Clark,

Is there a specific error message and code associated with your problem? If so, you may want to search ni.com for related Knowledge Base articles or other documentation and please report back here. It may also be worth checking with Advantech if their driver requires any sort of configuration files.

I heard back from Advantech support and the issue is that they gave me Windows 7 drivers to load and I am running XP.  After installing the XP compatable drivers back on the system my CVI code is now working again.
