ntdll error with CVI 8.1

Dear NI,

I am trying to run an application compiled with CVI 8.1, and I got the following windows error:

Title: Gui.exe-Entry point Not Found

Body: The procedure entry point Rtlipv4StringToAddressW could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll

OS: Windows 2000,  v5.00.2195, service pack 4.

I had the same problem with another machine using XP SP1.Installing SP2 solved the problem.
