tooltip bug: "buffer passed was too small for the operation"

Yet another SP2 problem.  This time with tooltips  Enter any text into the multiline mode of a tool tip dialog and I get the following error:

Thank you for reporting this error to us! Unfortunately there is no workaround available at the moment, for using the Edit Tooltip String dialog in CVI 2013 SP2 from the UIR Editor.

I have filed this bug under ID #492787, for future reference, so that it will be fixed in an upcoming release of LabWindows/CVI.

Note, that if you need to input a multiline tooltip text, you can still perform one of the following workarounds:

1. Insert a newline character (\n) in the string of the Tooltip Text field in the Property Browser.
   
2. Programmatically set the attribute.
