Unfortunately Microsoft has changed their help files over the years, and in this case you will have to use an older version. The Office 2003 documentation should be similar and you can install the help for it to be used with the more recent Office versions. Download the language reference from Microsoft Download Center and unzip into the Office12\1033 directory. Then go into CVI and create a new ActiveX Controller for it.
