我有一个控件的.tlb文件，在win7上做如下操作，编译使用成功
1. 由 .tlb文件导出.dll文件
2. 用 regtlibv12.exe 注册 .tlb文件
3. 在lab windows 工程中导入 .net 控件，选择相应的 .dll文件
4. 编译运行。
同样的操作在win10下总是如下报错：
