Lookout Installation Connects to Malaysia?

Helping a customer move Lookout to a new computer and during installation the package wants to connect to a server in Malaysia (IP 130.164.94.197 ).  My customer's security protocols will not allow that connection without validation.  Can NI verify this is a valid connection for installation?

In my browser the IP address redirects to http://download.ni.com/, which is the site where NI software downloads from. The IP address range belongs to NI, so I would say it is legitimate.

Thanks for the reply.  I verified that the IP resolves to download.ni.com and passed the info to the customer.  Hopefully, that is enough for their IT security team.
