Hi:
I'm working with Vision Builder 2018 and a camera with 71MP USB3 from opto engineering, that is using a Pleora iPORT NTx-U3 PT03-PBOUP01-128xU.
It connects fine but after some captures the camera disconnects and start to get the Timeout error.
It seems that can´t acquire any image.
Can you help me to see if there is something wrong with the Imaqdx driver.
Im using the IMAQdx 2018 version.

Hi Delmotte
If your camera is disconnecting after a while it could be because of Windows' power management.
To prevent Windows shutting down your USB devices to save power go to Device Manager and expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers branch, then double click the USB Root Hub device and choose the Power Management tab. Turn off the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power by unchecking the box then click the OK button. Repeat the step on each USB root hub.
This should allow your camera to stay on and connected without any issues.
