CVS-1458 POE not transferring to port

Hi All

We have a CVS-1458 thats been running an line inspection for the last 2+ years using POE.  Today after holiday shut down on power up the we are not getting the POE  lights to come on and not powering the camera.   We have checked all power connections and they are active, and even swapped in a backup CVS and it is working on POE.   What could be the issue with our CVS and the POE port ,

The PoE control is handled in hardware without any software control. If you’ve ruled out the camera and the external power input, it seems like the CVS hardware has an issue.
