CVS VBAI Select Inspection Failure

I have a problem with a CVS and the VBAI.

When I switch on the Select Inspection in the VBAI and start the program sometimes the Inspection stops and the VBAI window grayed out.

I built a vbai file which does nothing else then switching the inspection after 15 loops. But when it is switching the loop crashes and i got the gray window.

The Clean up and Setup States are empty, only in the Select Inspection State is only the Select Inspection Step in. 

I attached the MAX Reports and a Screenshot from the gray window.

Does this only happen when you switch very quickly between inspections? If you were to let the inspection finish loading and run for at least 5-10 seconds (or ~10 iterations) before switching, is it fine?

Can you attach the inspections you are switching between and the "Vision Builder System Config.ini", which contains the info about the Product Select state.
