Can't communicate with my camera trough PCIe-1433

Hello,

My lab has been using a Gsense400 camera 4 years ago with a PCIe-1433 frame grabber, and the whole thing worked fine.

I am currently trying to put it back to use, and struggling when trying to communicate with it in NI Max by clicking "snap" (see picture), which reply by an error message: "Error 0xBFF6901B Timeout"

I have put the .icd file provided by the manufacturer in the \NI-IMAQ\Data folder , as well as updated all the drivers and softwares. The PCIe and the camera are sending expected voltages.

What could be the cause of this ?
