You're commenting on a 3 years old post so I wouldn't expect a response from the original poster. If you do need some help with an issue you are having I'd post some code that is afflicted, images of the error you are seeing and information on troubleshooting you have done yourself.
That'll get us started at least! Also, check out other forum posts with that error.
