IMAQdx Error 0xBFF69011 (unable to get attribute) in NI MAX for USB camera

I'm tryng to acquire images from a JAI CV-M50 camera conected ta an USB converter GEMBIRD. Device appears in NI MAX and Vision Assistant, but when I try to connect, MAX shows the next message: "IMAQdx Error 0xBFF69011 (unable to get attribute) in NI MAX for USB camera". i can see the images from the manera with GEMBIRD software.

I've read in other posts about this problem, I've executed cameravalidator.exe and I deleted file configuration camera, but I have the same result. I don't see any error in compatibility report

I know that problem is similar to other collegues but i can't fix it.

Can you get a firmware update from the manufacturer of the camera ?

Also, did you ensure you run CameraValidator.exe/ATTRIBUTE via command line ? Not just cameravalidator.exe
