CAR 441410 is also fixed in VDM 2014, but a bug fix is available and attached to the CAR.

Please contact NI support and ask for the file corresponding to the version of LabVIEW you're working with.

I have run into the same issue.  I have built a LabView VI (2014) using Vision Assistant 2014 and the VI works fine.  When I try to organize the VI into SubVIs I get an "Invalid Coordinate System" error.  I am certain that I have not broken any links or changed any names.  It seems as though there is a memory pointer that is lost. Does this patch work on Labview 2014 Vision 2014?  Is there some other work around?
