Ok - since the problem has been intermittent, I will have to let you know whether this seems to work over the long haul. Since I not showing all of the tools, I wonder if that affects things as well. I think a fix here would be good since there may be reasons to move the tools and information box - so thanks for flagging this and having R&D take a look at it.
