hi again,
having trouble with my 1744 smartcamera. The second led of the camera keeps blinking twice.
Allready found that blink twice means the camera is in safe mode of software was not rigth installed or missing. But we were programming for 2 days and out of the blue the connection was lost. Later on the smartcamera starting blinking twice. Can't find alot of solutions, the only one is reinstalling the software on the camera but the only way to do that is finding the camera first, which seems impossible at the moment.
Can anybody help me fix this problem?

Fixed, thanks to NI support.
The latest update of NI MAX was able to find the camera. Direct connection between camera and computer. Then right click on my systems, web configuration. It showed the IP adres of the camera and then with this tutorial we were able to reset the NI 1744. http://www.ni.com/tutorial/6881/en/
