Need Help. Communication between NI VIsion Builder and PLC Omron NX102-1020

But I can not communication 

I think that

1. EDS File from Attachments

2. Set the Revision to 2. but In target device can set revision 0 only.

3. Set the Node address to be the IP address of the Vision Builder AI target device.

[My computer 192.168.250.24]

[IP Address- Port 1 192.168.250.2]

I test change IP at target device 

192.168.250.2

192.168.250.3

192.168.250.24

192.168.250.25

All Result can not communication

However, I  want other communication such as RS232 RS485 etc.

Please Tell me in detail Because I'm a beginner.
