Vision Acquisition Software for Baumer cameras

I have Baumer EXG50 GigE camera.

On their website I have found that it is supported by 

Vision Acquisition Software 8.5

Does that mean that it is included into later versions of Vision Aquisition as well.

Or should I use only this version for the camera?

The reason I am asking is: I have Vision Aqusition software Ver 8.6.

It does work with the camera in MAX but it has quite a few of controls over the camera and image on it has part of the left side on the right. Please see attached image.

Hi Sergey,

The Baumer camera should be supported by any newer versions of IMAQdx (part of Vision Acquisition). You should always use the latest version if possible.

I think I have seen that issue before with a Baumer camera. I think it was because their camera was sending "chunk data" with the image but it was coming before the image rather than after. This causes some problems with our driver which expects the image data to come first. To resolve this you can simply find the attribute on the camera to disable the chunk data and it should clear up the problem. This behavior might have been changed in later Baumer firmware revisions as well, but I am not certain.
