Hi.
I have some industrial inspection stations running Vision Builder AI 2015 F3. When I restart the CPU for some reason the VB program doesn't start and I have to wait 10 minutes more or less, a solution that I found is to disable the network adapter (connected to a restricted company network) and after that, the program starts immediately, so I don't know if there's an update validation that doesn't finish due to the restricted internet access of the network and after a timeout or something the program start.

Maybe you could check in VBAI variable manager if you have network variables and/or network shared system variables defined.
You may have created them or they may have been created automatically in your system if they were used in an inspection you could have opened previously (for instance I have dozens of system variables I do not need just because I opened many of my customer's inspection files for technical support).
I noticed that having network variables in the variable manager can slow down start up and some steps edition when they are not active let's say.
If you have such variables declared that you do not use, then I suggest you delete them.
