Vision acquisition software installation problem

Hi All,

i'm trying to install "Vision acquisition  software september 2011".

During the installation, i get the following error: "The NI VC2005MSM x86 installation has failed ...." see image below.

I've tried to search on google a solution for this problem but can not find it.

I already re-installed .net 4.0 and i have no antivirus or adware installed.

Do you have any idea about how to solve this problem ?
