Dear LabVIEW Experts,
I have a Tucsen TCA-3.0 USB microscope camera and I'm trying to aqcuire images from it through LabVIEW. My problem is I get a timeout error when I try to snap an image. I opened my camera in MAX to see what's up and it looks like it recognizes the camera just fine; it has all the info and says it's DirectShow compatible. However, I can't get an image. I know this might be difficult to troubleshoot without all the specifics, but are there any common reasons why an image would not come up when MAX seems to recognize the camera? I promise it doesn't have a lens cover on...lol.
I'm using LabVIEW 2011 SP1 and I also have the newest versions of Vision Development / Vision Acquisition (although they are in evaluation mode for now). Any help would be appreciated.
