basler a601f-2 still scrolling and pink color

we have bougth scratcher geologic epslog wich content basler a601f-2 camera connected to powerwire port, from soft epslog capture camera image is instable, scroll, color different (pink) 
please how to fix it to have image who dont scroll

The only time I remember a Basler camera scrolling, I was trying to use the full size of the image sensor.  If you reduce the image size by a few pixels, everything should be okay.  640x480 usually works well.  If this is a color camera, you may need to make sure all the sizes and offsets are even so the Bayer pattern is correct.
