drivers for 1422 on window 10

Thanks to all your help

I removed  18 and reinstalled version 17.1

The 1422 card is now recognized with version 17.1    !!!!

I think that it might have worked with 18 as well, but I think some residual

parts of VAS 19 had remained.  When you remove NI code there are two

pages of selections--- I may not have removed everything.  When I down graded

to 17.1 ---- I really started from "scratch"
