As i wrote before, your camera is a USB-camera. NI Vision communicates with USB2 cameras over DirectShow. If you can't open your camera in "uEye_DirectShow_Demo.exe" (Or AMCap) there can be two problems:
- The connection between the computer and the camera may have a problem (USB-cabel, USB speed mode)
- DirectShow service was not installed correctly (install program package for your camera again)

I have started the camera with AMCap but the situation is the same. I have reinstalled the directshow driver again but the error is the same.

If I use AMCap software what I have to change here. There is no pixel clock for setting it like in uEye_DirectShow_Demo.exe
