i'm using "imageROIprofile" to get the information from the image but i experienced an error -1074396080 Invalid image type. i don't know how to fix this.

(my input file is *.bmp)

Hi,

the function "IMAQ ROIProfile" only supports U8, I16 and SGL (all are grayscale)!

You are using HSL which is U32!
