hi all

i'm sorry for disturbing this thread peaceful rest...

i'm also trying to preform a slant edge mtf measurement/

i've tried the i3a link but it contains only MATLAB code.

does anyone know about  a LabView module to preform such task?

Hi Sebastiant,

I am not aware of any VI that will do what you want in LabVIEW. Viksiv had a good post on this forum that explains how it works, so you may be able to create your own.

Hello. I just read through this posting on MTF. I did visit that i3a.org website. I did find a tool to measure MTF, but they want between $250 and $300 for just the PDF file. I also saw "quickMTF", but they are selling a product too. This tool gives your 40 uses for free, then quits until you buy the software.

I'm just trying to determine if an image in focus or not. Is there a non-$300 approach to doing this?
