キーエンス NR600とのコネクション

こんにちは。

現在NR600を使用したデータ収集をLabVIEWに取り込んでリアルタイムで解析しようとしています。

メーカーサイトからドライバ入手し、Labviewへの組み込みは成功しておりますが、NR600が認識されません。

NR600とPCでの収集はできており、コネクションは出来ているのですが、Labviewからは見えないようです。

これはどこに問題があるのでしょうか。

Hello suzuki200

Did you try to detect it from NI MAX?  If device does not appear in LabVIEW but appears in NI MAX, then I suggest you resetting the device from NI MAX and trying to acquire data from LabVIEW again. The problem might be caused by Windows version and Keyence DataPlugin for Keyence-NR driver 

compatibility as well. Below you can see windows versions compatible with Keyence-NR driver, if you aren't using one of these windows versions then the issue might come from there. 

Windows 7
Windows 8.1
Windows 10
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2012

 

If you can't detect the device from NI MAX, then try to uninstall and reinstall the Keyence-NR driver again.

Thanks for replying to my question in the comments.

 

I tried to detect it from NI MAX, but it was not recognized.
I am using windows 10.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the NR driver, but nothing changed.


Am I doing something fundamentally wrong?

In this case, because of the third-party hardware, I suggest contact with Keyence support to help you troubleshoot the issue in the best way.

Unfortunately, Keyence's answer was below.

"Keyence does not provide any support regarding this software, such as how to use this software."

 

Other methods are currently being considered.

Hi suzuki200,

Yes, it makes sense that they can't provide any support regarding driver, but what I want you to connect them again and require support regarding troubleshooting your hardware to be sure, that the problem isn't coming from the hardware. I am sure that they can provide any support regarding the hardware. Let me know about any news.

When I confirmed with Keyence sales, it supports up to Windows 7. is what they said.
I will give up real-time measurement using KEYENCE NR.
