Measurement Studio manual/help

could you advise me where to find the most detailed manual (or help) for Measurement Studio (preferably 2019)?

I need it for <NationalInstruments.Analysis.Math> specifically but a complete one would be even better.

Were you able to find the NINETAnalysis.chm file under the path below? 

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Measurement Studio\Help

You should be able to view the namespace details in this help file.
