Question: Do you know the original location that the PDF was uploaded to? Was it attached to an NI Knowledge Base article? I have not been able to find the original source of this document.
There is a slightly different version of the same PDF attached to the first comment (and the Solution) to the following community thread: In practice, how do you handle errors? . But that isn't the original source of the document either.
