Injection with NI 9751

First, I searched the forum and didn't find anything suitable.

Here is my question.
I use the 9751 module to control the injection and the 9401 module to read the signal from the encoder.
My task is to carry out two fuel injections of a given duration and at given points of rotation of the shaft. Moreover, since the system is not standard, I need to be able to control exactly the angle, and not use the ept_enc_vte4_revc VI from the examples. Perhaps I can use this function, but I did not find how to do it. I also have a signal from a conventional encoder, without using "standard" shaft teeth.

In the description and help, I found that I can specify up to five injections (I just need to use two), while I can specify the angle of rotation of the shaft, but at the same time, the input clusters of the ept_enc_vte4_revc VI function are time, not angle.

The next question is what is the relationship between the inputs DIControl (di_supv_exp_revf5 VI) and PlsGen_Config_Channel1 (PlsGen_StdA5_revf5 VI)? If the first specifies the behavior of each of the injections specified in the second cluster, then how do I specify different configurations (at least different durations) of the two injections?
