Hello everybody,
I'm not advanced in LabView and this is my first time with NI Motion.
I have PCI 7354 and UMI 7774. UMI 7774 is connected to AKD Drive which controls the servo motor.
I configured everything according to the this document - http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/375543c.pdf and its working.
But I also have load cell with analog output 0-10V which I want configure as analog feedback.
Load cell is mounted on the end of the electric actuator (with my servo motor). I want choose setpoint force and by extension of the actuator reach the force.
It is one problem. Analog input in UMI 7774 has 16 bit resolution and when I read this input, I see that value oscillates about +-50 digits. Ofcourse its normally not so big problem but when this analog input is set as servo feedback, my motor is oscillates too.
Is there any solution for this problem? Maybe I something miss in MAX? I found topics about analog feedback but there was about torque sensors.
If you need more details, tell me.
Please help me. Best regards
Peter

Here is exactly the same problem

How to solve it?
