NI MAX 1D interactive cannot move servo motor

Hello all,

I really really need your help!!

I have a PCI7344 board and I am trying to control a servo motor purchased from a third party. I have labview 2017 and NI-Motion installed. the cable is SHC68-68-EPM and connected to CB-68LP breakout board. The "axis configuration" is switched to "servo" and I am pretty sure the wires are connected to correct pins. Everything in motion IO setting is disabled such as limit switch etc. When I was trying to test move using "1D-interactive" in NI MAX 2017, there isn't any error, but my motor cant move. I have checked the axis 1 and 2's pin using multimeter, and there is no volatage output.

I have used test resource and it can communicate correctly with the PCI7344 board. I have also switch cables so it is less likely to be cable issue. I guess it either is the problem of NI MAX sending out command, or the problem of the board cant generating signal.

Please help me! Any hint can be helpful. I really appreciate!
